Ben H. pushes us to our “boundaries”, by motivating us ” to explore the creative potential of limits, borders, or dividers of all types.”

Walk a few more blocks from the Parliament in London, and it will take you to the Houses in Downing Street.  Be forewarned that an imposing, huge Black Gate restricts visitors from entering !  Security  guards are on duty, day and night,   to prevent any disorder from the public, or any foreseeable disturbance.

The famous Downing Street was built in the 1680’s by George Downing.  He was a wealthy diplomat  who owned the property called Hampden House.

10 Downing Street is the official residence of the First Lord of the Treasury and the British Prime Minister. Wikipedia
